Espresso Machine

 

 

 

Overview:

Espresso Machines prepare different styles of coffee and hot milk drinks.

 

DAILY:

·          wash all surfaces

·          back flush the group head with an approved detergent

·          wash group filters and cups.

 

 

 

·          wipe steam wand after each use to prevent milk build-up

·          be attentive when using steam wand, as burns can easily occur

·          do not use boiling water from the espresso machine if you are making large numbers of teas, as it reduces the steam pressure.

 

 

 

 

Coffee Grinder

 

Overview:

The Coffee Grinder is used to grind coffee beans.

 

DAILY:

·          wipe down and empty.

 

 

 

·          store unused coffee in an airtight container

·          NEVER adjust grinder (manager’s job)

·          beans should not sit in grinder longer than a day.
